stage management is no joke man. the amount of effort gone into executing concerts from scratch - planning staging with performers' movement, lighting; from followspots to scenic lighting, sound cues, projections, LEDs, set pieces flying in and out - itS CRAZY! but the payoff is amazing.
Yes can we just give some appreciation to the whole stage crew that help put all this together to make it look aesthetically pleasing and fantastic *clap clap* I've been part of stage crews for school performances and oof it's actually some hard work that goes into it.
