Haiying Zeng try to search other video, they use the same trick to make the butter cream whiter. Just use a very tiny amount of purple colouring. Very tiny amount. Insert the very tip of a toothpick in the purple colour and mix in the buttercream. But it must be very very little amount or else it will turn purple
