The United States of America started in 1776 so USSR is 103 while USA is 244.
USSR's age: 2020 - 1917 = 103
USA's age: 2020 - 1776 = 244
so technically America is older than most country's, for example:
Russia: 2020 - 1991 = 29
Japan: 2020 - 1945 = 75
