    I heard the Baal hatanya said that when he prayed he put material things before spiritual matters when praying. Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of bardichov said should we switch it? The Baal hatanya said it's not my way this is how yaakov our forefather also ordered it in the Bible first praying for material then spiritual matters. So it makes sense to say that he should go the gym first

    Moses was born in Egypt. and I was born in Los Angeles California...Not is sleeping... And Moses,went on a fast for 40 days to get close to Hashem.... We all have a beastly nature.. The carnal nature, so sometimes you have to just (Fast) those Nature's out those imaginations... To get balanced... prayer and fasting.. After days of fasting look in the mirror then you can see the soul Illuminating... the ancient path.. the deeper things.. not everybody's California Dreamin... keep throwing the rain Judah! ;)
