tsarabanjina There is nice weather year round, depends what your after, the earlier months of the year (specifically Jan-April) are fairly cooler, normally around 20/25 degrees Celsius, and the later monnths (specifically Oct-Dec) are a lot hotter, normally around 35. Best time for a trip would be after the rain but before the extreme heat comes so between July-Sep
