After generating e invoice in portal When excel file is imported through Import QR code, it doesnt import and displays a dialog box “There are no values in imported file”. Thus it is showing pending invoices in nic gepp tool and cannot be pushed to history. What to do?

You have to install and use other gepp tool,
just after uploading json file, Excel files and e invoice comes downloaded, so Excel file to be downloaded from there only
