You're right....nobody talks about haemoroids...mostly 25 to 45 aged women suffers lot..few ppl think it's a minor issue...from ma experience..... 1.drink any raw veg juice(ash gourd,cucumber, bottle gourd) every morning as soon as wake up 2.avoid maida,sugar(bakery products strictly) 3.finish dinner before 7 PM.... 4.add yellow pumpkin, yam ,ladys finger,spinach poriyal regularly during lunch... 5. do sitz bath (thrice in a day )then ointment....it helps to heal you soon I wish you recover from ts completely 🙂

But the good thing is most natural remedies that we read about, actually work for hemorrhoids! Lot of good tips here. Personally, it worsens for me when I eat bad foods, gain weight, move less. Avoiding inflammatory foods (dairy for me), intermittent fasting, long walks, coconut water are best. Also, get alcohol-free witchhazel and spray in your private parts 3 times a day. Before bed, generously apply aloe vera gel (as natural as possible without scents or additional ingredients). Vegetables and fibrous fruits alavoda sapdanum, cos excessive fiber is not good while you are treating hemorrhoids. And yes stress! Stress immediately increases inflammation/hemorrhoids. 😊

Hi cheeky… Even I had this issue few years back.. I took Ayurvedic medicines it helped me and now am fine.. My Ayurvedic doctor she asked me to take two things along with medication.. 1. Overnight Soaked dry black grapes with seed (should have it in Empty stomach) 2. Small onion should be sautéed in ghee and should have it before meal- two times in a day… Possible you can try Ayurvedic medicines and these two home remedies along with medicines…

You're not the only one 80% of the people get hemorrhoids at least once in their lifetime. It's just that nobody talks about it but I really appreciate you for talking about this. I had it for the first time last month and it was mentally very disturbing I had it like for 4 days and that itself drained me I can imagine what you'd be going through. I'm a doctor too and I can empathize pretty well with your situation. It's not that easy it's not just pain it's a lot more than that. I recommend you to do sitz bath ( add rock salt too) for 4 times a day. Sit for 20 min even though it's painful it's okay please do it. When you take bath or whenever possible wash your anal opening with hot water it'll give a lot of relief. Another thing that worked for me was activated charcoal powder - mix it with one or two drops of olive oil and apply completely around your anal orifice and go to sleep you can see the hemorrhoids get healed within days it's a VERY EFFECTIVE treatment. Take pain killers twice a day for 3 days if the pain is cruciating. Water is the KEY please drink loads and loads and loads and loads of water. Please add lactulose syrup during the days when you feel like you're gonna get hemorrhoids. This will to a major extent soften your stools and reduce pain while passing stools. Also apply the anesthetic ointment that your doctor has prescribed few minutes before passing stools and immediately after passing stools so that you won't experience much pain . I too had it right before pregnancy..after a day of constipancy.. During my delivery it was so painful than my delivery pain which made me to opt for c section. My issue was constipation. So i made it a point to make it cure. Daily coffee in the morning helped me overcome constipation.

I had to go for walk and keep a check on the food I eat. I’ve completely avoided Maida, white rice. You can try to have red rice also called as matta Vadi rice which is more common in Kerala cuisine instead of the white rice. Eat lots of spinach, lentil, sweet potatoes, oranges, wheat bran and anything that’s got high fibre. Hope you find the cure for it very soon. I thought post pregnancy problems nu, then my husband got it (though we were not diagnosed we knew what it was). We started eliminating certain foods to see what’s causing the problem. It’s surprisingly milk. We had to switch different brands and identify which is the problem. Now we are settled with yellow colour packet of Akshayakalpa which doesn’t cause us any trouble. Adhu madhiri there might certain good types for you that’s flaring it up, may be gluten or something else as well. I know it’s difficult to identify this. Yes 🙌 me too diagnosed with hemorrhoids 3 yrs ago! Doc suggested for operating it i don't feel like doing it coz again it will come so i thought of changing my food diet still within 2-3 months interval it will come nd go i went for ayurvedic medicine nothing works out! Btw, my two cents: drink more water through the day (not one big jug in the morning and then nothing), you can try drinking a juice of soaked almonds,figs, dates, dry grapes, pumpkin seeds. Hi cheeky, my daughter is almost of your age and day before yesterday she was very upset about having severe pain due to hemorrhoids. I always suggest you to have Virgin cold pressed castor oil a teaspon before bed if you have severe pain or constipation. Trust me it works like a wonder. Also I include lots of fibers on the dinner as you said especially green beans. After seeing your video yesterday she felt better and felt comfortable that she isn't alone in this. After your vlog I also got to know that she also gets this problem during her periods. It's common for ladies !! I don't know if u get peaches in chennai. If u get it, try them in your daily diet , either whole fruit or juice. Don't forget bannanas too. It worked really very well for me !!
I totally get u... i have it for the past 15 years now... The starting few years were horrible. Cant sit, travel or even eat food(bec then v have to poop😐 , its a painful cycle).. Have tried applying everything the google says like apple cider vinegar, ice, butter, vaseline etc etc.... But finally i hit jackpot with aloe vera gel and witch hazel... witch hazel comes as wipes and sprays too( available in amazon).... yes along with diet ( i left non veg, rest all as u said fruits, veg) applying aloe gel or witch hazel wipes/spray healed and helped with pain n minimized flare up... its just a phase... hang in there... u will find a solution which works for u. After few years it gets better. Take care😍.
Avoid as much as spicy foods y can..coz I too have faced such pblms but I tend to have it with my periods..avoiding chilly in my diet made me feel better for the burning sensation.

I also faced the same issue post pregnancy.. it was so painful with postpartum it was horrible days...I was recommended to use sitz bath it worked well.. also took mulasuranam from khadi craft it helps too... I also fry flax seed pumpkin sunflower with ghee n ve in morning.... also avoid lactos high food... splg milk.. post pregnancy all pushed me take more milk and that was my main cause... the one thing I do it take a hot water bath or sitz bath after passing stool... this help me go thru the day... kudos to you for speaking the unspoken always .. would recommend you to take sitz bath it will help swelling and relieve pain instantly after sitz bath u can use any piles cream.. helped me a lot... note: iron tablets may increase piles so try to take in morning

Don't use cushion chairs. It did not allow air to penetrate which is a major reason. I have personally experienced and tried it. Try to use plastic chair with holes under to sit for long time. Also apply oil on your hair regularly. Get well soon, akka!!

Oh it is very depressing pain to handle. I get fever due to that pain. I tried every thing from Ayurveda to allopathy. I can give you some suggestions. It’s a long story of mine. But you can definitely get rid of it.
Hi cheeky, take only fruits and veggies. Avoid spicy foods, dairy and oily foods. Take lots of fibre rich food. Avoid citrus fruits. everyday twice heat water in a tub and sit on it for 15mins. Completely avoid spicy food and apply ointment. This works cheeky.❤
Try homeopathy.. they give a liquid which actually works immediately..but i actually feel that early morning in empty stomach u can take butter or ghee 1 0r 2 teaspoon and 2 tumbler warm water after that a small walk.. this is my personal experience.. am taking ghee daily. Ghee must be taken after melting
hi cheeky, even i had it. pls avoid bakery items( cakes. biscuits. etc). you r right dear vegetables should be taken more for fiber but if u deep fry it then it won't help I guess. for best fiber source any green leaf is good. daily oru kattu keerai sapdunga. then importantly if possible use Indian sitting toilet if u don't have knee pain.

Maybe the way we cook vegetables matters. Us indians generally overcook vegetables with too much frying or boiling with too much masala. Maybe you should try to have large portions of slightly sauteed or blanched veggies with light seasoning or include raw salads often. Personally I am also trying to eat vegetables this way and I am liking it .

Hey cheeky.... For hemmoroids take a glass of buttermilk with some coriander leave in empty stomach.... And an other glass before 12 noon... This will help you get rid of hemmoroids and ease any period pain..cools ur body.....its a small info from my personal experience... Do try... Take care..

Start including fibrous food more very consciously... exclude junck and fatty food as much as possible ... Take Psyllium Husk - 1 TBLSP before fore going to bed & sitz bath ... & sometimes it could be familial...
Try consulting siddha dear...it is working for me....I can understand ur situation...

Have karunai leghiyam that is available in nattu marunthu shops twice a day, once in the morning and evening.. Makes a difference..
Wow I really appreciate you for sharing your problems. Not many have the guts to share tough times. Btw, my two cents: drink more water through the day (not one big jug in the morning and then nothing), you can try drinking a juice of soaked almonds,figs, dates, dry grapes, pumpkin seeds. As always, increasing physical activity helps to a greater extent. Hope it helps.

Hi cheeky, my daughter is almost of your age and day before yesterday she was very upset about having severe pain due to hemorrhoids. I always suggest you to have Virgin cold pressed castor oil a teaspon before bed if you have severe pain or constipation. Trust me it works like a wonder. Also I include lots of fibers on the dinner as you said especially green beans. After seeing your video yesterday she felt better and felt comfortable that she isn't alone in this. After your vlog I also got to know that she also gets this problem during her periods. So it's all about opening up and discussing in a public platform where so many people gets aware and they feel they are in the same situation like you which gives them a mental support to face and handle issues like this which aren'toften discussed in public. It's common for ladies !! I don't know if u get peaches in chennai. If u get it, try them in your daily diet , either whole fruit or juice. Don't forget bannanas too. It worked really very well for me !!

I totally get u... i have it for the past 15 years now... The starting few years were horrible. Cant sit, travel or even eat food(bec then v have to poop😐 , its a painful cycle).. Have tried applying everything the google says like apple cider vinegar, ice, butter, vaseline etc etc.... But finally i hit jackpot with aloe vera gel and witch hazel... witch hazel comes as wipes and sprays too( available in amazon).... yes along with diet ( i left non veg, rest all as u said fruits, veg) applying aloe gel or witch hazel wipes/spray healed and helped with pain n minimized flare up... its just a phase... hang in there... u will find a solution which works for u. After few years it gets better. Take care😍.

I also faced the same issue post pregnancy.. it was so painful with postpartum it was horrible days...I was recommended to use sitz bath it worked well.. also took mulasuranam from khadi craft it helps too... I also fry flax seed pumpkin sunflower with ghee n ve in morning.... also avoid lactos high food... splg milk.. post pregnancy all pushed me take more milk and that was my main cause... the one thing I do it take a hot water bath or sitz bath after passing stool... this help me go thru the day... kudos to you for speaking the unspoken always .. would recommend you to take sitz bath it will help swelling and relieve pain instantly after sitz bath u can use any piles cream.. helped me a lot... note: iron tablets may increase piles so try to take in morning

Don't use cushion chairs. It did not allow air to penetrate which is a major reason. I have personally experienced and tried it. Try to use plastic chair with holes under to sit for long time. Also apply oil on your hair regularly. Get well soon, akka!!

Oh it is very depressing pain to handle. I get fever due to that pain. I tried every thing from Ayurveda to allopathy. I can give you some suggestions. It’s a long story of mine. But you can definitely get rid of it.

Hi cheeky, take only fruits and veggies. Avoid spicy foods, dairy and oily foods. Take lots of fibre rich food. Avoid citrus fruits. everyday twice heat water in a tub and sit on it for 15mins. Completely avoid spicy food and apply ointment. This works cheeky.❤
Try homeopathy.. they give a liquid which actually works immediately..but i actually feel that early morning in empty stomach u can take butter or ghee 1 0r 2 teaspoon and 2 tumbler warm water after that a small walk.. this is my personal experience.. am taking ghee daily. hi cheeky, even i had it. pls avoid bakery items( cakes. biscuits. etc). you r right dear vegetables should be taken more for fiber but if u deep fry it then it won't help I guess. for best fiber source any green leaf is good. daily oru kattu keerai sapdunga. then importantly if possible use Indian sitting toilet if u don't have knee pain.

Maybe the way we cook vegetables matters. Us indians generally overcook vegetables with too much frying or boiling with too much masala.
Maybe you should try to have large portions of slightly sauteed or blanched veggies with light seasoning or include raw salads often. Personally I am also trying to eat vegetables this way and I am liking it .
