I think he’s okay. At least on console. Not very threatening. Has threatening potential but 2 of his skills can just leave me opened for an attack. Definitely the fastest character in the game
Nah Red Shiggy is demon time now. I liked him even before the buff, but this... this is just sprinkles. Also you can combo Gamma into Special Action after you throw them (sometimes) for an extra 50 dmg.
