    I just saw a video clip that the fashion industries generate so much waste each year, and not many people talk about it. The Western way of life leads to the destruction of the environment- the materials we consume, the amounts of materials we waste. But I like him, he designs the cloths we can wear everyday and beautiful.

      What is contemporary today is simply an interpretation and mix of what already exists, see Vetements. You must not be very familiar with Dries's work because if you were, you would know very well how contemporary and innovative his designs are, despite the preconception that his collections are romantic and "nostalgic."
