Hello gang! Sorry I missed a video. As I mentioned on my instagram I am peri-menopausal and have started HRT. So I've had a lot going on at home. But I am SO HOPEFUL for the future. Highly recommend Davina McCalls book Menopausing if you want some help. Would love any positive stories from women who have gone through similar. I'll report back in a few months once everything is settled. Finishing a huge pack with me video today...BRING ON THE NEW YORK VLOGS! Love you lots xxx

@@emmarankin716 it’s so wrong! They shouldn’t diagnose on a blood test as our hormones flutists all of the time! I had a chat about how I was feeling and the symptoms and I was given the medication with a. Follow up blood test but that wasn’t for diagnosis. I have since had a follow up and medication altered slightly. Blood tests weren’t even mentioned. Get another opinion. We shouldn’t be begging for HRT it is our right. Good luck lovely x

I love that we can talk about peri and menopause. The brain fog is a real pain in the arse for me. I haven’t started HRT yet but I have found that understanding what’s happening to me and being able to talk about it has really helped. I don’t feel confused and alone anymore. Love to all

How refreshing that you opened up about it. Women certainly don't talk about it enough, so we're left feeling alone. A fellow Brit for you, Caroline Mrs M, has spoken about taking HRT lately. She updated on it on her most recent video. Think positive and good for you for going to the Dr. A vacation certainly should help your blah feeling. Also, spring is coming. That always cheers me up. And I, too, hate slippery stairs. The whole time my son lived in a big old house with slippery stairs, I tried to get him to install a handrail. I was unsuccessful, but he moved. ❤️🇨🇦 Hope it's not too cold in New York for you and you get into all the shops you want to. 😉

Great start to the weekend watching your vlog with a cuppa😊 I wonder if I should get checked out, I’m 44 and the brain fog has never shifted since I had my son who is now 5. My mood is suffering and last year I developed a random allergy causing a hideous rash that won’t clear, also I didn’t know that anxiety when driving could be a symptom which I experience. I just don’t feel myself and put it down to balancing being a single mum working full time but I think there is more to it. Thank you for talking about your struggles and how you approach it🥰 xx

My worst symptoms so far have been hot flushes and weak bladder and I can honestly say the clover has helped A LOT! Insomnia is not unusual for me I've been a poor sleeper since birth lol. Please keep taking evening primrose oil. I take 1 at night when I was diagnosed by the doctor. I have no problems with it. I absolutely love you to bits and you are so open and honest. Hopefully very quickly you will be in a better place for yourself. Keep up the good work that you do and keep speaking out you inspire a lot of people and people do listen to you. Xxx🥰😍❤️
