Who is the agent you use to export from China and where do you pick up your property? How safe or secure are the Ports of entry? What I remember from the past is that products went missing once they arrived in Beira or Durban and also in the transition from these ports to the final destination in Zimbabwe and even when the property stayed in storage in Harare! How does the insurance work with the Chinese shipping agents? Who applies for the Bill of Lading? How do the shippers know that you are the actual shipper and not an impostor when you pick up your property in Harare??
