    Nice job in organizing. I like the numbering arrangement.
    Seems to me though one could save that 30 or so dollars and spend just pennies by driving in 3 1/2 inch screws in the appropriate spots. 2 screws for each tool, 1 on each side.

      Thanks for your comment Sam. I agree. I used to do that and still do on items the hooks don't work on. Only issue I had was the placement. It was too hard to get the tool to hang just right. With the hook, I would just rotate clockwise/counterclockwise to position it. Thanks again for your comment!

      Thanks for the comment. Using a stencil and paint took a long time. I have had several comments of them just using a paint marker for the numbers. I definitely would have some kind of mark to identify where that particular item goes. Especially if you use several items at a time or someone else is using them. 👍🏽

      Hi Rip Dinecola check this video out at time stamp 7:29ish. It shows the screws I used. They stick out a little so you might want to get some a little shorter or grind/file the tips that stick out. Let me know if this helps.

    Can you help me understand the purpose of using the “trim screw”? Is there an added benefit instead of a regular exterior wood screw? I’m very curious as I intend to use this idea to organize and wonder if I really need those trim screws?

      Chris thanks for asking. The trim screws have smaller heads. If I used a regular ex wood screw I would have to drill a much bigger hole to slide over the head. Some handles already have holes but don’t fit over the bigger screw head. Hope this helps!

      Hello, Trim Screws have smaller heads, so you can drill smaller holes in your handles. I used screws with rubber washer heads. See this video around 7:30 time stamp:

      Here is a link of the size I recommend 1.5" long. This is a large pack, you might find smaller packs at your local hardware store or search Amazon. Make sure it has the little rubber washer.       Thank you! Spacing from hook to hook varies depending on what you are storing. I laid it all out on the ground and shuffled/puzzled things around to get an idea of spacing.

      I used sheet metal screws. Check out this video at about 7:29 timestamp. If you go to the description of that video, there is a link to the size and type if you want to order online.     the problem is now you cant store anyting big in front ot it, its wasted space, thats why people use plastic barrels cause it takes less floor space. theres gotta be another solution.

      You’re right. I have a generator, table and toolbox in front of them. I leave a 2 inch gap to allow me to reach around and access equipment. It still works but having to reach over stuff is a small hassle.

    dude I love stencils but that's a lot of work and time. Hand painted numbers or use a permanent marker or buy some stick on numbers and/or letters. Just suggesting the above as alternatives

    You could have just took a pic and printed it out and laminated the pic an attatched it to your shed. Woul have been a lot easier.
