Juding from the fact that the Gen4 system is much more different than the current one, Gen3. There is a decent chance that there will be a wipe unless a script line is dedicated to data transfer / sharing to the new system.
i miss when BRM5 just used to be like - go here, kill a bunch of zombies,go there , kill a bunch of pepole. now you litterally have to sweat to get anything fun in this game.

There's that one delivery mission from Corporal Nguyen that was unplayable now after they removed the city hall UN checkpoint spawn, which is going to be annoying for new players💀
Idk if it just a bug or just me being stupid but sometimes whenever I do a delivery mission, the delivery location is inside the buildings at (what's the one area where you go buy it to go to Naval Base?)

Tip for delivery missions : if you have humvee, you're lucky, just go slow and press space to brake if the trailer goes too crazy if you got jeep, either go fast as sonic or go slow as a snail by braking a lot.

Remove the gasping sound when running out Adding an animation for boarding a vehicle. What the fuck do you do when the helicopter or vehicle isn't in a horizontal position to make the animation work? Damn it doesn't work. You have to restart it. In the past, you just pressed the command and it came up. I gave it myself. In lumpy sea water, the game lags unnecessarily. More importantly, we can't swim, we don't even have a boat to use. Driving into the water means falling into the world and dying. This problem has existed since the game opened until now and it still hasn't been fixed. The fact that we cannot find the hidden enemy and have to withdraw our forces and reset it is an old problem that has not been resolved. Opening doors that used to be able to be opened in many different ways can now only be opened normally, and sometimes the door is unable to open. Enemies that, if we stay away from them, are almost impossible to hit, reducing the challenge of playing further. The fact that the Blackhawk helicopter does not have the ability to attract targets during anti-terrorism Air shoots out, but in real life you have to fly low to avoid being shot instead. The mission system that is mostly about delivering things is really boring. There are very few missions to fight. There are still many other problems. I quit BRM5 and goes back to GR Wildland. At Least grinding in that game is fun, you don't have to do the exact same mf delivery mission and the weapon balancing in that game are somewhat balance.
Most likely a gravestone, considering Gen 4 is half QoL additions and half remoddeling/some new weapons with no new gameplay besides MAYBE a new location. Plat 5 is already struggling financially and with this update i'm afraid they'll stop devving the game entirely

I was on a doing IRL stuff when the Wipe happened, so when I got back it felt like a whole new game. that was until after it wiped. The quest started and then everything went downhill.
I just join random squads in bhrm5 now and have fun collecting intel and repeat, I doing this for months now and it kept me from enjoying the game i made new friends and we created a group and now we play together almost every day
I lanched brm5 for the first time, I was innocent and happy It only lasted 1 Nguyen mission... The only good thing i saw from the beginning was the EU ping go down from 300 to under 100.
I stopped playing BRM5 after the whole revamp thing. the fact that they made every single vehicle paid and removed the vehicles for old players just to pump up the hours so they can get a bigger devex made me sad and mad.

My main issue is how bad the hit reg is, both in pvp and pve. The game will literally tell me I'm hitting them but when I headshot a low level NPC that usually takes one headshot from my HK to die, tanks fucking 5 headshots + a number of body shots somehow lives, or in PVP where I will never be outside of any range where the HK shouldn't one tap the head, I headshot someone (get a red hitmarker) and they simply don't die, or even better, when I don't get a hit marker at all and they die lmao.
To be honest, the recent updates kinda sucked. They lacked content for the amount of time it took for developement and alot of bugs are still present. Because of the lack of content, updates got really boring after like a week. I’ve honestly stopped enjoying BRM5 and isn’t as hyped for upcoming gen 4 although I’m still looking foward to it. Gnar and his team should really pay more attention to making small minor updates that would keep the game more fun and alive while waiting for the major ones.
Bro most of the sights aren't. I came to realize that most of them shoot slightly to the right of the reticle, i started aiming a little more to the left to compensate and hit a lot more shots. Iron sights for this reason are actually very effective because the default iron sights (at least for the L85A2) are accurate, and I was easily sniping with them.
There's one red dot in the game that is accurate and has NO MAGNIFICATION. I forgot its name, but it looks like an aimpoint on a skeleton riser. Also it is the only optic in the game that eliminates your bullet drop ENTIRELY. But idk if they've patchet it or not.
