If anyone employs à worker the worker stays in the house given as it's. Now since the presidency can't live in Those houses as they're. We put up a sign post of"To Let". They vacate the house we go for elections whereby the workers elected will be accommodated without complains. That's living within the employers means. For Ruto to survive, he should:
    a) Implement comprehensive anti-corruption laws that criminalize all forms of corruption, including bribery, embezzlement, abuse of power, and money laundering with a minimum of 5 years without bail. b) He should Impose severe penalties for corruption offenses, including lengthy prison sentences, substantial fines, and confiscation of illicitly obtained assets.
    c) Enforce a lifetime ban from holding public office for individuals convicted of corruption offenses. Conduct regular and random audits of government departments and agencies to identify and address potential corruption risks.

The Problem we have in Kenya is bigger than Finance Bill.
    (1) All Gov Institutions are Corrupt
    (2) Cabinet Position are held by Unqualified People
    (3) Parliament Doesn’t work it’s like an Elite Members Golf Club.
    (4) Ministry’s are wasteful of Public Funds. Where-by they Claim crazy amount of Allowances. (Spending free at the highest level)
    (5) Too Many Cabinet Position. Should be reduced to 12 Max
(6)County Gov is also Corrupt that’s including staff Members
    (7) Debt Keeps Pilling up some from 10 Yrs ago. You won’t be surprised to hear even Former Governors and staffs are still being Paid.

This is the way forward. Ruto must call for a Baraza and bring all govt expenditure and we go through item by item. Salary for President must be less than 500,000. Deputy not more than 400,000. He must give a break down state house and his office expenditure. Nothing like handouts. We need to know the expenditure item by item. Mpigs salaries salaries not more than 100,000. No allowances. Let them live on their salaries if not they can go home. MCAs 60,000. Nothing like renovations of DP house or statehouses. Wastage of resources ,must be cut. Teas, airtime etc must be less than 30,000 for all senior govt offices. Budget making process must more transparent an agreed by Kenyans even it will take time to do so. No more IMf and World Bank orders. Let can leave if they don't want to be realistic. Kenya has alo of resources that you don't need them and their fake money. CDF FUNDS must be independent from Mpigs. An independent committee must run it. President convoy must be not more than 5 vehicles and 3 bikes if necessary at all times. Joy riders must be stopped. President trips abroad must not be more than 10 in 5 years. Unnecessary invitations from other countries must stop. Mpigs must buy there own cars no free money from tax payers and then vomit on there shoes. Foreign diplomats and countries that don't tow line of Kenyans can go. County govts system has failed completely creating more bosses and stealing of public resources. I suggest we return to the old system. More funds should be put in education, health and infrastructure. The so called affordable housing is a big lie so don't push through throats of Kenyans. The list is long. Let us begin from here.

Ruto made a big mistake to befriend Paul Kagame of Rwanda and thought he was going to bully Kenyans as Paul Kagame represses and kills Rwandans. Ruto, listen to Kenyans, not to Kagame who sold himself to imperialists to destroy Africa.

Kenya has enough money for everyone of us, but the wastage is real. I always compare Kenya with Germany where I reside right now. A german mp is paid ONLY 3 times more than a primary school teacher, a police officer, a nurse, an electrician, a Warehouse attendant, a plumber, a bus driver etc. ONLY 3x !!. How come is a kenyan mp paid 30x more than the kenyan primary school teacher? 30x more than the police officer? And you still go ahead to pay them extras like sitting allowance, entertainment allowance, medical cover, mileage??? These things do not exist where I live. Total wastage and daylight theft. In the Moi era mps were earning 250k, but when Kibaki took over they suddenly earned 1million per month and then they are in charge of the CDF which they steal. Wake up people!!!!

The people that Kenyans allowed into power despise and disdainfully look down upon them. These individuals are not concerned with and do not care about the interests of the people of Kenya and the country.
Bureaucrats and technocrats occupying senior public offices are demotivated because they are routinely ignored by the all knowing political mandarins.
The political class in the cabinet and Parliament is preoccupied with amassment of wealth by whatever means regardless of the cost to the public. Hence, both the cabinet and Parliament lack the time to analyze and scrutinize critical policy, legal and regulatory documents to propel the country to prosperity. As a result, obnoxious documents such as the 2024/25 Budget and Finance Bill are approved without requisite consideration.
