Great unstuffing!! I actually got into cash stuffing back in 2019 because of Dave Ramsey. That’s also when I opened up my Etsy shop selling envelopes made out of cardstock (you know the ones with the fun prints) 😂 I fell off with budgeting the next couple years and gained all my bad spending habits back. I still had my shop open selling envelopes here and there but I wasn’t too passionate about them. Fast forward to September 2022, I had to go back to school full time but I needed another income source. I was only able to work my nursing job 1-2x a week. I got back into cash stuffing then and that’s when my little shop was born! 🥰

Thanks for the shout-out! I am cashless to minimise the interest paid on my mortgage. While I do pay an annual fee to have an offset account, with interest rates where they are right now, my 'savings' actually outstrips the fee amount. If you're looking to refinance the home loan, ask your lender to waive the annual fee or throw in cashback. Also, the extra benefit of an offset account is that it's tax-free whereas you're currently paying tax on the interest earned in your regular savings account.

hehe you are very welcome, love your channel! i just caught up on your last video, your advice about the offsets has been great! we literally just finalised fixing only a few weeks ago but only for a year and i didn't realise that offsets were only available for variable loans, i am spewing! a year will go by quickly but so i've been reading into and seriously considering an offset once we come off it. i certainly don't want to pay any tax on whatever interest i'm earning if i don't have to and it can work to my benefit in reducing my repayments hehe! your advice has been invaluable, thanks so much lovely!
