jim did really good on the chaturanga and side plank poses. i wonder if he does yoga. he's lanky so he's a bit uncoordinated, but you can see that he's strong, so he breezed right through it. lol yoga is the only thing I can do bc i'm so ungraceful.
@potocatepeti I dunno if its every day running he looks like hes gained a bit of belly in season 5 especially compared to his weight in early season 4 eps like zazzy substitution for example. but oh well, hes still wonderfully adorable

Ouch, P90X has alot of body control ideas like warming up for Karate. Damn that stuff is nasty and painful. It makes you super toned though, not bulk or thin.
