Xavier is so good! I use him a few times on ranked. His ultimate needs to have a good map awareness as the range is really long. He will be nerf when there is an update comes.
I don’t think he will be nerfed. There are better mages which still aren’t nerfed but idk the future.
I love his ultimate, but difficult to lock further enemies.
Oh btw, i knew it how to..., I think take a little practice, sorry for my mistake @ my comment
It actually takes practice but it is best to use his ultimate once you have 3 stacks for a wider area. You can check my recent video on how to play Xavier.

enemy has no meatshield....picking selena roam and cyclops for mid lane, both have lacking in aoe and poke damage....that mathilda knows how to babysit and protect the mage...unlike the enemy....selena is pretty much useless if team know how to protect ally who got stunned by her...but in every game i played, i rarely met tank or roam who knows how to stop selena from diving when her stun hit someone.....they always stand behind the stunned ally instead of standing in the front so that selena cant safely reach the stunned ally...

Rather than using damage items ...use semi damage and semi cooldown reduction items...i use a build which gives him ult in 4 sec! ..this hero is broken using that

He is saying if you max cooldown and also get a kill with the skill, you get max cd plus the 50% timer reduction and could possibly be getting a second ult in about 8 seconds. I am sure 4 seconds is an exaggeration

Well if you play Xavier safely you can equip flameshot but if you want to play aggressively then equip flicker because Xavier doesn't have any dashing skills
