I don’t remember how old I was but it must’ve been around 2003-2004 It just brings a warm feeling. I also have a great memory of me, my brother, my cousins, my father and my aunt watching an episode of dragon ball z together. It was so simple back then.

Can confirm. As a 33 year old grown man I can definitely say this moment hits HARD!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe because as adults we understand things we didn't understand as kids. Which is kind of the beauty of this anime. It's not only about monsters but also about real life issues people deal with in their lives (such as being separated from a loved one)❤
