My HakoPro gets TERRIBLE WiFi speed for some reason. Super close to my router it's showing perfect signal, and yet I only get like 20-40Mbit on 5Ghz and 40-50Mbit on 2.4Ghz, despite my internet speed being > 300Mbit. It's terrible and actually makes it slow to watch my content locally.
I received mine a few days ago, I'm having severe WiFi issues my package is 380Mbps download, but on WiFi 2.4Ghz I get 1 - 2Mbps, On 5Ghz I get between 15 - 27Mbps. I have Nord VPN, when enabling I see these speeds often, when disabling speed improves slightly, when turning off WiFi in settings and then re-enabling I get between 40-200Mbps. Do I have a broken unit or is this a software bug? The device is placed about 5m from the router, in the same room with no obstructions.

I have bought the 4gb 64gb variant of this box. I am unable to play Dolby Atmos audio on Netflix. I have a Netflix premium subscription and also a soundbar that supports Dolby Atmos. Please help.
I bought the Hako Pro and finished the initial tests and everything worked 100% except the USB that in the middle of the side does not work, the other USB works normally. Is this central USB a service port or is it really a defect? Thanks if anyone can comment.

I also encountered this issue but was able to solve it. Just connect with lan cable in case your hako box is close to your tv set.

Hard to say, maybe software bug. Best solution: buy another one with return option.
Change your VPN server or allow the VPN to choose the fasted server. I have no issues with mine and I use Express VPN. Super fast
