THIS! Clicky mouth sounds are my absolute favorite trigger, but I can’t STAND wet mouth sounds. I always have my fingers crossed clicking on videos specifically dedicated to mouth sounds that they won’t be the wet kind! Looooove this.

For the last couple weeks sleeping has been extremely difficult. Usually I really don't care which asmrtist I sleep to, but I've found you have the most calming effect. Thank you. It's been genuine anguish trying to sit, walk, and even lay down, and you're one of the only ppl right now calming me down.
One more week until me CT scan. Wish me luck.

These sounds are nothing less than amazing!
When I need to work fast and get things done, I hear music with high bpm, but have always had problems to keep my focus and concentration for longer periods of time on more mundane tasks.
Amazingly enough, these sounds enables me to focus and concentrate on a level I've never come close to before. Why, I have no idea, but these videos on repeat is a mayor gamechanger for my productivity at work.
