Huh.. why didnt any of the Chinese community get interviewed? Instead they picked Lupe over here talking about lowriders and potholes! And London Breed gives a sort of response of talking to someone else about it, brushing it off, and then immediately talks about how she would put in speedbumps! Hilarious!
This all must be intentional in the editing, because this is just too funny. It makes it seem as if Breed is acting as a bully towards the lowrider community for the sake of these older folks that support Breed (imagine a chinese grammama and a lowrider eyeing down each other while driving haha)!
