Wow wow mashAllah!! When I’m on my ovulation days it’s very painful worse than the monthly cycle and today my pain was very bad...I tried explaining to my family they didn’t care (they aren’t Muslim like me) so I went to take a shower 🚿 I sat on the floor with my legs close to my cheats with a hot cloth on the area and tears where falling while I was saying “Allah have mercy I wish I can find a dua for this” and I got in bed at 21...because I continued shedding tears and here I’ve found this video!!! Alhamdulillah!!! Subhan Allah!! I feel better!! I love Allah. The best thing which happened to me in this dunya is to be a Muslim and leave my Christian ways behind!! Allah really loves me😭❤️

My pain was so bad that I was laying with my back resting on the back of the toilet and my arms gripping the walls because the pain was so unbearable, and I feel basically cured now !! To all those who are in pain cause of periods and not just normal pain but intense these duas really work.. I've had crazy massive pains all my life when it comes to periods and usually I recite something or the other but this time has been intense. I sat in the tub with hot water pouring cause that only helps but even that wasn't. So I looked up duas on good for period pains and then came to TH-cam cause I wanted to constantly listen and then fall asleep.. Very calming and take your mind off quickly ❤️

Allah paak has given me shifa from this dua . I was heavily bleeding from past 12 days an I was abt to go to doctor n I know they will give me Harmon tab which is not good, than I found this dua n started listening with head phone. In few hours I got relief from cramp n bleeding.
