Don’t let ANYONE talk you out of doing something you want to do. Even if it’s owning your own business. I did this several times I had good ideas. And later saw someone had started a very similar business. I was crushed

They're just a competitor, out do them and you'll be fine. Do you think most companies that are still around today in their original industry were the first ones to think of the idea ? No!! Just4Fans didn't decide to not create their product because someone else did it. Neither did Ethereum. As a matter of fact, it's probably better that you weren't the first because you can study what the competitors are doing well (and what they're not!)
Being an entrepreneur are just like producers of coffee, they not only make money but help coffee lovers who wants different taste of coffee, people who wanted to work more while enjoying their delicious coffee etc. it's all about the people's interest and how they rate your service to them as a great service and the bonus is the profit

Being an entrepreneur is not easy guys but don't be discouraged. Here's good points.
1. Solve a problem and offer a better solution. So dont think of an idea. Think of a problem to solve. This is very important.
2. When you have a solution to a problem be different meaning you can offer lower cost or offer be quality or better delivery times. Something differentiated.
3. If you don't have large reserves of money it will be hard to compete in mature markets. So better to create a product or service that is innovative. And enter a newer market that's growing. Example a.i, sustainable consumption these markets are growing fast so easier to open a company in this.
So live in the future and build something you find interesting and solves an actual problem better than other pelle and do it. Take action.
It's easy to operate up a company if you have millions of dollars and compete in mature markets you would take ricardian position. However if low reserves you'd take a entrepreneurial position which involves new growth markets, improving existing product and services and keep it simple.
That’s a narrow view on entrepreneurship. I don’t disagree with your view, but entrepreneurship much more broad than creating a solution. There are many solutions that already exist that can be capitalized. What’s the point in reinventing the wheel? Save that for a personal brainchild project, but don’t live and die on that hill.

@@xythiera7255 so what if he made money by selling books? I don't see how that invalidates his teachings. It's a very simple concept at the end of the day: buy assets, sell liabilities.
The first asset to buy is a dividend paying whole life policy from a mutual company designed for the banking function. Then opportunity will find you.
Why do people act like money isn’t important
To make us the peasants think that money isn’t important when it really is.
Money is “not important” to people who never struggled financially.
Don't become an entrepreneur "solely" to make money.
There's nothing wrong with money; that's not the message.
Become an entrepreneur to help people and solve problems and the money will follow.
We are in business to make money but if you are only in it for the money, soon it will frustrate, exhaust or you will compromise some aspect of your health.
When you're in business to genuinely help people, you will be energized.

and in order to succeed in today's world you have to follow one simple thing called supply and demand if there is demand you have to create the supply and there you are successful and rich also never follow trends follow the demands created by the trend instead because during the gold rush sell shovels and it's very obvious the guy who were selling shovels during the gold rush wasn't passionate about shovels

yeah... being rich NOT about money. Being rich is a different mindset on how you use your money to make more money. Sure they make money through their assets without their physical labour because they don't work for money, money works for them and also they know how the rules works and where the money goes through the economy.
Assets doesn't means always people working for the rich with minim wage but... also could be Ai or automation working for the rich which is the reason why getting a job these days are overrated. Not because you're not getting paid but... you're getting replaced with no knowledge of anything cuz your time was wasted for no reason.
That's why a job is for losers and I agree with him. If you don't learn how to side hustle, or trading or at learning about finance to make money work for you.... then don't complain why your life sucks cuz... that's the real reason many our countries are completely broke AF, cuz school doesn't teach you NOTHING about money.

An entrepreneur mindset has to be made not inherited because no one likes to go out their comfort zone. Entrepreneurship can be made solely by passion. If you had a passion for photography then you could start a business for photography.

The more I read his book, the more I understand what exactly he’s going on about. When he talks about someone being an “idiot”, he simply means someone that is not financially literate. If you don’t know what to do with the money, then your financially illiterate. If you’re going to be an entrepreneur and/or go into real estate investing or selling, and you’re just trying to make money, rather than investing in assets that will help generate wealth, is idiotic. that’s what he’s referring to: use the earnings from your business to acquire assets rather than buying luxuries that won’t make you money.

Im doing pretty well. I started a lawncare buisness, and i make great money and have lots of investments that pay dividends. I also have real gold, silver and other assets.
I also didnt change my lifestyle either my work truck is an older Ford ranger and my daily is a Honda Ridgeline😂 i dont drive expensive cars.
