Let's be honest this house construction will take minimum 4-5 months more. And when Sandra is delivering baby in Sept end, U can't travel wid baby till December end. Don't try to hurry unnecessary, all things take time.

Gulati ji ulte bhee ho jaye….. 1st October ko handover nahi de Saket. Floor ghesai, paint itself is 3 months minimum if done properly. Tiles, stone work, kitchen wardrobe shutters hardware decorative glasses etc etc many things are time taking.

One observation....you can ask to put wardrobe lights on the wardrobe....which when you slide open the door, the light comes on....very convenient.
Also , another seperate small cupboard in you office for your cameras and equipments. These can be built in. Rather than doing it later
i am a plywood supllier from chandigarh(though i dont want you to buy plywood from me etc etc) but why gulati your friend is using local plywood(plyboard) in your house that not even gurjun face... please tell him to use a branded plywood like Virgo, green lam, bhutan tuff etc.. or gurjan face plywood 710 grade and also ask him to use ACTION TESSA hdhmr
agar aap plywood ki jagah HDHMR lagate wo bohat better rehta hai bohat jada badiya dikhta
IS 303 grade ki jagah IS 710 grade use karo agar HDHMR nahi lagana.. 710 grade comes with moisture resistance

Per square feet kitna kharcha a raha hai,total complete hone ke baad,batana jaroor.
Mohit bhai, kindly check if the ply is waterproof or not, or has he added wpc in back of ply?, waterproof normally comes with 25 years of warranty(cost 115-140 rs/sqft) and normal one comes with 7 years but it's not waterproof(cost 75-95 rs/sqft), since its attached to wall wpc should be there
