Gyomei is just too op. What makes him unique is his axe-type weapon. The sounds of the chains help him as he’s blind. Can’t wait to see his fight animated 🔥

They all could've been hashira. Inosuke and Zenitsu beat Daki and Tanjiro was the one to relieve Gyutaro of his head. So really, all of them were hashira, not just Zenitsu. They just had to go and get the title of Hashira

I was always under the impression that Urokodaki didn't know the hand demon was still alive. It seemed, to me, that the higher ups in general didn't realize there was a demon of that magnitude on the mountain. Most definitely if he knew the demon was still alive he wouldn't have kept giving away the fox masks at least.
He knew the hand demon was alive, because none of his students were coming back.
@@b3as_t that could've just been any demon. We saw how many of the kids were there when Tanjiro first arrived. Out of all of them, only 5 survived. The fact his kids weren't returning just meant that they died by the hands of a demon, and they weren't ready, but not from the Hand demon specifically.

I was bout the comment the same. He could never have known that the hand demon was alive because none of the students who faced him survived till Tanjiro, who killed him. Even Giyu did not face him. So, he wouldnt have known either

As someone who is close with their older sister, Shinobu's story hits the hardest and she is definitely my favorite. Despite not being able to behead demons, she still found away to destroy them through her intellect. She was fueled by hate and revenge but gentle and loving over her allies. Without her and Tamayo (who I also love as she is sorta like the motherly Demon Slayer), the others would have no chance of defeating Douma or Muzan. Some of my favorite characters of all time ❤ 🦋
Of all the hashira, who are all super cool, Gyomei has to be my favorite. The axe chain mace weapon is immensely badass.
Why is there no crystal, or ice breathing in demon slayer
The fact he's undefeated makes his presence all the more amazing. He doesn't lose to upper 1 or Muzan, the demon progenitor. He dies from the demon slayer mark.

Hypothetical question I've been thinking about.
Who has the most potential, or who's final form would be stronger as a hashira?
-A swordsman who is NOT an indirect descendant of a sun breather... but who has inherited memories of sun-breathing, and the inclination to learn it? Similar to Tanjiro
OR
-A swordsman who IS a descendant of Kokoshibo, but will NOT use or have a propensity for sunbreathing. LIke Muichiro.
Obviously, a direct descendant of Yurichi who is a sun breather is not included.
Also, this isn't necessarily about Tanjiro or Muichiro... but imagine if you took 10 from each type... which ON AVERAGE would make the best final hashira?
Sun breathing users for sure. Sun breathing takes the highest amount of strength needed to use it and is the best offence to demons.
Tanijros dad is, if he became a swordsman he’s the strongest in the current era he’s beating even upper moon up too kokushibo
Late reply, but I would have to say the sun breathers as the reason for other breathing styles to exist is because their bodies couldn’t keep up with sun breathing techniques. So if you can do sun breathing, your body is already stronger than others

Sabito trained Tanjiro until Tanjiro surpassed him enough to kill the hand demon. Pre-Final Selection Tanjiro is stronger than Sabito.

You need to increase your own body temperature to activate the mark. And Douma literally spams freezing air.
Sanemi gets folded before Shinobu since Douma will see him as an actual threat. The battle will take slightly longer and Kanao would show up before Douma eats Shinobu. Then they all screwed since Douma wasnt poisoned.

Ok hear me out. I think Tengen is Down Played a Lot and he is stronger than some other demon slayers. He to me is the only hashira that would be able to last that long against Gyutaros poison. It is incredibly potent and even after surviving so long he still wouldve succumbed to it. Only after nezuko burned his blood out of his system did he still survive. The love hashira normally is above him but I think she shouldnt. Everyone knows that the only way to form or get a demon slayer mark is certain conditions but only after someone meets another person with a grown mark. Tengen was sadly not available for this because only as Tanjiro was cutting off Gyutaros head did he awaken it. I personally think if Tanjiro had awakened it before meeting Tengen that Tengen would have awakened it mid fight. Just like how the others awakened it only after meeting tanjiro. Now of course theres more conditions like specific heart rate and heat level but the main one is meeting someone with an awakened mark.

Just realized since the heart rate has to be high he might not even get it because he had to slow his to stop the poison from spreading. But still i believe with a mark if he had been given a chance he wouldve done way more and been stronger. Same with Rengoku, if tanjiro had it awakened before the train ark and it spread to Rengoku he wouldve had that appear against akaza and we wouldve seen a way crazier fight. Sadly though a lot of people believe these 2 couldnt awaken it but its just they were there before the curse was awakened meaning they never got a chance to

Yeah he definitely would last longer against the poison since he was trained specifically to counter poison but the other more powerful Hashira would never have been hit by Gyutaros attacks in the first place meaning the poison wouldn’t matter. The bottom line is that all the Hashira are insanely strong.
@@Collingoffinettengen is the fastest hashira according to the data book and still got poisoned which means not everyone is untouchable from gyutaros poison. Exceptions would probably be sanemi since his awareness in battle and sense is so high. Maybe giyu, gyomei and a few others but tengen pre mark was the fastest. It’s hard to say about the other slayers avoiding poison because of the mark awakenings we see after during and after the swordsmith arc and the transparent world ability we see in the infinity castle.

Base misturi protected tanjiro genya and nezuko from zohakuten and didn’t take any major damage she is much stronger than tengen
I'm not complaining just asking a legitimate question... How many Hashira videos are you going to create going over the same demon slayers? I can understand A video going over the ones you haven't done, but you already have, I believe 3 videos giving the same info on the same people you already went over. Again not complaining love the videos and the quality you put out.
I think ppl over inflate when Igaro says "Mere Upper 6" I mean The mist Hashira who is a Pradogy couldn't even beat Upper 5 before awakening his mark. So I'm willing to go out on a limb and say if Tengen awoken his mark in the middle of his battle with Gyutaro he would of came out with his eye intact at least
Yes except tengen doesn’t have a mark. So he’s weaker than muuichiro. You can’t pretend he has one when he doesn’t.
@@kjoeyb.i think you should take their base form. Tengen didnt know there was a something like slayer mark. Hashiras were able to activate it because of tanjiro. They learned that from tanjiro and they forced themself to activate slayer mark during fight. If tengen and rengoku knew there was a something like that, i think they could activate it. Maybe tengen couldnt because of the poison, his heart was working slow. But with mark, they both easily pass muchiro
don't believe Sankonji knew about how his masks made his students a target, they never came back so he wouldnt have known.

I think it would’ve made for a cool moment if Shinobu did obtain a demon slayer mark and was able to make a dent in Doma’s neck for a minute. She wouldn’t be strong enough to do it, but it’d be nice to her try

Not only is Obanai now my top favourite character in Demon Slayer, but he’s also my comfort anime character. Every time I feel bad, stupid, and worthless, I think of him straight away.
Inosuke should've became the Beast Hashira and Zenitsu should've became the next Thunder Hashira. And Tanjiro should have became the Sun Hashira.

No... just no, Although Zenitsu killed Kaigaku, he wasn't Kinoe, which means he couldn't be promoted, Tanjiro had the help of Mitsuri, Genya, and Nezuko when he killed Hantengu and he Had the help of Uzui when he killed Gyutaro, and Inosuke just didn't do ANYTHING. Not to mention Muzan was dead and the slayer corps was disbanded.

Considering a upper rank hadn’t been killed in 100+ years and it’s kinda implied that hashiras can’t defeat the upper moons 1 on 1 alone it would make sense going into the hashira training arc that someone would become a hashira since they were supposedly looking for rengoku and tengens replacement.

As always, I wish that during the final Muzan fight, the past Hashira’s came out of retirement to fight Muzan. Like the only reason to be a demon slayer, is to accomplish and defeat this one demon.
dude..your wish is invalid.. having them guarding uyu children from low demons are a better plot because those already handicapped and probably couldnt survive of any muzan attack even if muzan is at lowest state. i think demon slayer has the best and logic final boss fighting and ending, everyone really involved in the fight.
Akaza wasn't going all out against Rengoku and only was playing around, I'd say he was using 70% of his power. Giyu is comparable to the strength of Rengoku and when Giyu unlocked his mark, that it atleast pushed him up to an 85%. Not to mention Akaza went all out against Tanjiro and Giyu, wanting to especially kill Tanjiro.

I don't think Urokudaki knew exactly which demon was to blame, did he? I mean, someone other than Giyu would've had to have seen it and survive to tell about it still being alive. Not like they had phones for each other and tracking chips on the demons. Plus, in the time between Giyu and Tanjiro becoming demon slayers any candidate could have killed it the way Tanjiro did. It bugged me too, but the more I thought about the limits of communication and how little the Corp seemed to help during the selection, it just seemed like they expected the demons inside to stay weak from starvation to make them ravenous. I don't think they were expecting a big bunch of hands that, by all rights, definitely should've died any time the sun came out. If anything, that's the plot hole. How the fuck did hands live in that forest while the sun was up?
One last thing, why would Urokudaki know the hand demon was singling his students out when he became the way he was in the forest? We see I'm the flashback that he looked human when taken

Honestly when shinguro started to cry In the anime and how he apologized and I think became sober (correct me if I’m wrong I can’t remember from the manga) made me ball my eyes out cause obviously he cared sm about keyoguro he just didn’t show it since his wife passed and he became a drunk which isn’t good but still made me sad

Tengen gets a bad rep cuz he almost died against the lowest higher moon. But I think if Misuri, Giyu, Shinobu or prob anyone aside from Gyomei and Muichiro (Maybe Iguro and Sanemi), they would’ve prob been as banged up or even worse than Tengen, purely based on the potency of Gyutaros poison. Sure, he isn’t the strongest but he really gets slept on.
As for Akaza vs Rengoku, we all know it wasn’t neck to neck until the last part. Akaza was so clearly toying and basically holding back so much. He literally was trying to convince Rengoku, whilst Rengoku was fighting with killing intent (he was also trying to protect but Akaza wasn’t even trying to kill anyone when he was fighting with Rengoku). It wasn’t even close to begin with. The only reason Rengoku even had a chance was cuz of the Sun, Akaza could’ve easily destroyed everyone there, ate their corpses and walk away before sunrise . Don’t get me wrong, Rengoku is one of my top characters but he gets too much hype for this one fight. I agree he had a lot of potential and would’ve been one of the strongest (prob second to Gyomei), but he wasn’t standing a chance against Akaza at full.
Shinobu is the only one who'd have problems with the weakest upper moon. Gyomei, Sanemi, Obanai, Giyu all stomp Gyutaro even without marks.
all of them would have problems with gyutaro, muzan even said that his only debility was her sister and if he was alone he could fight to get higher in the list
@@locar99 Except Muzan never said that. He only said Gyutaro would've won that single fight without Daki. Gyutaro is weaker than Gyokko and he's fodder compared to Hantengu.
@@_Seru_ I think Giyu is debatable. Giyu’s feats are far better compared to Tengen so it just comes down to “can he kill Gyutaro and Daki in one go before Gyutaro can poison him?”, but the rest I do agree would have had a better time against Gyutaro and Daki. I’d say anyone taking a direct hit from Gyutaro’s poison would’ve had a bad time against him. Mitsuri, imo is basically on par with Tengen or slightly worse purely based of the fact that I’m pretty sure she would not have been able to withstand Gyutaros’s poison. Mitsuri’s feats (pre-mark) are not bad cuz she was fighting UM4, but I think Tengen would have done a little better against UM4 (they both would lose without Tanjiro and the rest regardless, but still I’m leaning towards Tengen). The issue with Tengen is he needs prolonged fights to unleash his full potential. I’m just saying he gets a bad rep.
And Gyutaro was honestly held back in general. He didn’t need to do much as a demon and his sister was strong enough to do all the work for him (although I’m not sure how the feeding works cuz does the nutrition go to him too??). His last thread of humanity was his sister and that’s the part Muzan referred to as his “humanity”, which is why he lost. I don’t think he only meant this specific fight tho. He commented that after their deaths cuz he has been seeing that trend but no one actually killed them before, so it must have not mattered until now.
Thing is this fandom prefers judging on matchups reather than circumstances, which is key to analyzing fights.
If we were to take circumstances, obanai, giyu, rengoku, mitsuri and shinobu would be ranked way differently.
Most of their feats rely on their opponents not caring or straight up trying to understand their way of fighting rather than actively trying to defeat them, unmarked.
Nakime's an exception because she arguably has the least lethal power out all of um's, but still.
All the human in demon slayer are impressive seeing hoe they are just regular swordsman while the demons have actual powers especially someone like Kaigaku that can use electricity that is basically lightning. Zenitsu lucky bro was only a demon for a couple days and didn't have hundreds of years to train. If any of the Hashira could actually use their element they would have destroyed the demons easy

id personally rank them like this:
1. gyomei ( obvious reasons)
2. sanemi ( if im not mistaken kokushibo said that the hashira that he was facing were some of the best in this era so yea)
3. obanai ( i think hes lower than sanemi bc it took yoshiro to take down nakime so)
4. muichiro ( solo-d upper 5)
5. rengoku ( i think even rengoku unmarked would be better than giyu marked so yea i put him above giyu)
6. giyu ( he’s strong but not as strong as rengoku)
7. mitsuri ( kept up with upper 4 but still needed help from other demon slayers)
8. tengen ( same reasons with mitsuri but with upper 6)
9. shinobu ( physical strength lacking)
i would put kanae in between giyu and mitsuri but we dont know how strong she is yet so im not gonna write anything

putting shinobu underneath tengen is crazy considering the fact that shinobu was fighting upper moon THREE , couldnt get her mark , was heavenly nerfed bc she literally could not breath and use her lungs to their full capacity but she was still able to blitz douma and pin him on the ceiling. Like yes she lost but her feats are definitely above tengens feats...
She wasn't gonna win this and douma was unserious, very unserious even compared to gyutaro. He was careless for 90% of the fight and ended up really trying after her actual demise, whereas gyutaro saw the threat in tengen since the very beginning, failing to eliminate him and almost getting solo'd furing the first five minutes. Shinobu is strong, but the circumstances are not the same lol

@@_Seru_ problem is that shinobu was not a match to doma to begin with, and that while he was taken aback multiple times during the encounter, it is made clear tl the viewer that he was not even trying. He was not even 10% by this point, he straight up was allowing her to land blows. Once he truly started trying, he perception blitzed her.
Judging on matchups makes no sense, because circumstances show clearly that the fights were more slaughters than actual battles.

He acknowledged her feats, but even if shinobu could cut demons, she would not be able to win the encounter. Douma is simply that much stronger and faster, the only reason she could land any type of blows is because he was chilling
i really like uzui, although his arc was severely lacking development. he is strong, although he did have immense help from inosuke, tanjiro and zenitsu. it would’ve been awesome to see him have more abilities
He's not strong. Only Shinobu was weaker than him. The fight looked good because it was the weakest upper moon vs one of the weakest hashira - put Sanemi or Obanai there and Gyutaro gets slaughtered, or put Akaza instead of Gyutaro there and Tengen gets slaughtered.

Base Obanai at the beginning of the story is behind Gyomei, Sanemi, Uzui and Tomioka.
To face the moons you need the mark (which multiplies your abilities x2).

I'm a little disappointed that we didn't see more fights involving Iguro and that Mitsuri was depicted as being so much less skilled than the others. It would have been much more powerful for female characters in anime in general if Mitsuri played a bigger role against Muzan and if her techniques paid homage to Kyojuro.

one thing people don't realize about the gap between rengoku and giyu is that rengoku was pushed to his limits when he fought akaza. What do i mean by this? In the first chapter of rengoku and akaza, rengoku was already overwhelmed by akaza when the two unleashed their own techniques, rengoku's flame tiger was easily penetrated by akaza's war style and got him injured seriously. In this situation, rengoku really knows that he have to use every inch of his strength to kill akaza, that's why he straight up used his 9th form which is the strongest form in flame breathing. But after his best efforts to kill akaza, he was again seriously injured by akaza ensuring that rengoku will really die on it. And for that, rengoku obviously knows that he will die so he srill uses his willpower and determination to use his situtation to behead akaza. But instead, akaza being overwhelmed by his strength was just a shock for akaza himself because the sun is a greater threat than rengoku so clearly, akaza is afraid of the sun and not getting beheaded by rengoku. Actually, one of the reasons why i think akaza wasn't able to get away from rengoku was because psychologically, he was pressured and tensed when he knew the sun is going to rise that's why he made illogical actions but after all, he still survived and the fact still remains that rengoku was beaten easily by akaza, it's obvious. But in the case of giyu, giyu easily nullifies akaza's war style and quickly impressed akaza. Giyu might have been overwhelmed by akaza's kick technique, but even though he was thrown away for a long distance, giyu didn't suffer from any fatal injury. You see, akaza was not playing with giyu unlike with rengoku. Akaza wanted to test the limits of rengoku. And even before getting his mark, giyu was able to trade blows with akaza without struggle which impressed akaza. And when he got his mark, akaza had to adjust his speed in order to keep up with giyu and even after that, akaza was not able to defeat giyu easily, akaza had to exhaust giyu to finally be able to kill him and that happened for a long period of time since tanjiro was reminiscing and remembering his memories with his father and giyu was the one fighting with akaza alone while tanjiro does that. And we can see a very little detail on this, when akaza fought rengoku, he didn't exhaust rengoku because rengoku himself was easily overwhelmed but in the case of giyu, akaza really took his time fighting giyu until giyu is exhausted. This shows how giyu is much stronger than rengoku because even at giyu's base, giyu did more than rengoku from protecting tanjiro two times, from deflecting war style that rengoku couldn't do and trade blows with akaza without showing any struggle.
Also, you will noticed that when giyu got his mark and trade blows with akaza, tanjiro tried to attack akaza and akaza said that he is wide open, this proves that the speed that giyu and akaza expresses is much greater than before and tanjiro would have died easily if he didn't unlock the see-through world that time.
And also remember that see-through world is different from selfless state. See-through world is seeing you surroundings as if it moves slowly and enables a person to see through another person's body. While selfless state is a state where a person doesn't emit any presence which is undetectable by akaza's compass.
I love this but we cant say that giyuu was fighitng alone bc tanjiro did some crucial hits to help him bc he got closer he was always getting kicked by akaza.

I think at the time of his death Rengoku was among the upper half to among the strongest hashira and likely stronger then giyu was. But after the others go through the hashira training ark and get demonslayer marks so i think hes not stronger then them by the end

If Kyoujuro was alive given opportunity to join Hashira's training and awaken his DSM, easy he will beat Muichiro's spot (rank 4 or 3 highest). Yes Akaza just toying with him however how many times he try to convince donut boy to join him until his last breath. He desperately convinced kyojuro and appraise him because he know that kid got super potential to be strong and they can fight eternally. And he defeat Hairo in the 1st mission as Hashira by himself was crazy. Yeah, I still believe he way superior than Giyu if they given an equal treatment.
Firstly, remgoku didnt activate his mark his mark in the series so its debatable if he even ever could unlock it, bc muichiro, mitsuri both awakened it while fighitnfthe moons while him and tengen didnt(shinobu didnt bc of the low temperature and lack of training), even if he survived i cant see him past giyuu maybe even mitsuri bc of her weird sword that can oneshot a human being. Secondly rengoku wouldnt even be close to 4,3 and we cant just guees that he couldve awokened his mark bc in the hashira ranking in their best form he is roof 7th and i cant see him any top that.

This is how I think of it: Tanjiro on paper is a water breath user. There's already a water hashira, so he can't take that position. When it was finally revealed that hinokami kagura is sun breathing through inheriting ancestral memories, Muzan was already dead and the Demon Slayer Corps was disbanded.

Tengen was shown weak just because of two reasons.
1. He was poisoned
2. He was thinking to retire as soon as possible after defeating the upper moon and did not think about growing stronger.

I think a good way to measure each of the Hashira's skills (which progresses throughout the series) is to compare them to the kizuki, whose skills remain pretty static.
In my opinion, the skills of the Hashira when most of them are _introduced_ in the Rehab Training Arc is as follows: Tengen and Shinobu are at least stronger than Lower Moon 1, Giyu be equal to Upper Moon 6 or slightly weaker given how quickly he improves in later arcs. Muichirō and Mitsuri are on par with Upper Moon 6. Igurō and the rising star Kyōjurō are on par with Upper Moon 5, with former Flower Hashira Kanae likely around this level or just above it given she held out with Dōma for a while. Sanemi is on par with Upper Moon 4, and Gyōmei is stronger than him but not as strong as Akaza.
Rengoku is at upm 6 and giyuu muichiro and mitsuri are able to beat upm 4 but not upm 3

real quick defense for Urokodaki. The Reason he kept making Fox Masks was because none of his students never returned alive. This makes sense for two reasons. The first reason is kinda obvious, since his students kept getting in trouble, he naturally would want to protect them some way, hence the warding masks. And the second reason why he kept making them despite them being the reason his students were targeted and killed is because he simply didn't know. Remember, every single one of his students died, so not a single one could have told him about the hand demon. In fact, he finally learns about the hand demon when Tanjiro kills it and survives final selection. and lastly, people are probably gonna bring up that Giyu survived, and that's true, but im pretty sure Giyu wouldn't have said anything because he sees himself as a failure and doesn't speak to people much in the first place.

How many times do we have to remind this dude? Sanemi and Gyomei had just finished fighting the "business partner" of Muzan, Kokushibo. While Iguro was playing around with nakime and wasting time. And he wasn't shielding gyomei, he said he couldn't shield gyomei meaning he didn't shield him from the start. Iguro just cannot compete for 2nd strongest no matter what anyone says. If he had been facing kokushibo, he would've been dead in a few minutes at most.

He only used it to stop Rengoku in his tracks and put him to an end

Demon slayer mark giyu was able to slick akazas neck TWICE and slices akazas arm. In the manga it literally states that giyu and akaza were fighting on EQUAL GROUND making akaza having to exert himself into getting faster and surpassing giyus speed, that’s a HUGE feat hence the fact that we’re being told that akaza was actually TRYING against giyu. This all happens while giyu also having to protect tanjiro. Akaza and Giyu are battling fiercely, trading blows to each other amazed at how long he fought for, akaza then goes to use his STRONGEST technique (Technique Development: Final Form, Blue Silver Chaotic Afterglow) giyu then reduces it with his 11th form, even though he had a broken sword he was still able to dodge several blows mind you this is akaza actually trying to KILL giyu something akaza didn’t want to do against rengoku. I will always say that giyu is stronger than rengoku reason being because akaza wasn’t taking the fight seriously and was even smiling the whole time. The ending of the fight when rengoku had akaza in a panic was because rengoku got memories from his mother which caused him to get an adrenaline rush but even so rengoku would’ve failed to kill akaza.

Rengoku was able to hold akaza coz akaza was just having fun with him. Akaza could have killed before the sunrise as he said rengoku had a fine fgihting spirit reached to higher level which is more easy for akaza to predict rengokus attacks and kill him. If he wanted he could have killed before the sunrise, but since he hadn't met a flame hashira yet he wanted to fight and was playing with him which is undeniable fact. We were shown rengoku a bit more powerful than he is.
Tbh Giyu contributed so much in the akaza fight. like saving tanjiro more than once and then helping in fight. there is no doubt if tanjrio would have fought alone would have lost. People say base giyu went flying away and didnt do much in battle is absolutely incorrect. Akaza didnt use his Kick bda in rengokus fight ( akaza's kick bda are 3 times more powerful than his fist attacks) with a normal kick rengoku was sent flying to a rock there is no surprise that his bda kicks sent giyu flying.
Base giyu was able to cut a portion of akaza's neck in just the beginning of the battle. And then after activating his mark he 1v1 akaza and tanks all of his attack which could have killed rengoku much earlier or any other hashira coz water breathing has much better forms for defense. Then after when he use constant flux which is the strongest attack, akaza was sure to be beheaded but his BDA predicted it. Akaza is a unique demon to fight with. The fact that no hashira could have beheaded akaza not even gyomei cause they dont have selfless state and this state can be unlocked only by the sun breath users. When giyu was fighting akaza half of the time tanjro was busy in recollecting the memories. I am pretty sure no other hashira could have performed well against akaza except giyu. Akaza can only killed by the selfless state and fact that it can be only unlock by sun breath users, so no other hashia could ever defeat him.
Idk why muichiro and obanai are overatted and was shown in 3rd and 4th place. Muichiro got one shot by koku. Even giyu or obanai could have won 1v1 gyokko.
Obanai was fighting the wekaest form of muzan and he didnt even had a UM battle. He was fighting nakime along mitsuri. No surprise he will be more offensive against muzan and ofc he was at full hp. The fact he achieved STW was for an instant.
GIyu deserves top 3 spot or maybe 2 . sanmei and giyu almost have same feats.
Sanemi was only able to perform well cause he had strongest hashira gyomei alongside with him plus genya and muichrio at final blow. But his offensive wind breathing came in help while fighting koku and DS mark gave him a boost.
And plus Giyu went through so many more battles that sapped his energy and strength than obanai did. I think it inches him past obanai in a ranking of overall strength & usefulness.

I hate how he kept mentioning rengoku getting the mark even tho he clearly couldnt, muichiro awakened it alone in a shorter period of time and he wasnt near tanjiro so that just means rengoku is weak and one of the weakest hashiras. Also the feats he was talking about for iguro, if this video was stated on feats shinobu would easily take first place but bc it isnt obanai 2nd of the hashiras is not even debatable.
well, sanemi and giyu did spar and stalemated each other, so i feel like that should probably at least put giyu up in the top tier, not even necessarily at sanemi’s level, but tier. plus giyu was able to block disorder and rengoku almost died from it, even if it was after pillar training🤷🏾♂️ plus he was one of the survivors, so idk abt giyu being that low but what do you think?
Ngl I kind of agree with his placement. He’s certainly not stronger than iguro who is third and probably the most important in the fight against muzan besides tanjiro. Maybe he’s better than muucihiro for fourth? But even then muuichiro did more in his one fight against upper 1 than Giyuu did vs an akaza who by the end gave up.
