- 1991 के बाद टाटा ग्रुप में दो चीजें एक साथ शुरू हुईं. रतन टाटा ने टाटा ग्रुप की बागडोर संभाली. उसी दौर में नरसिम्हा राव और मनमोहन सिंह ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था का कायापलट करना शुरू किया. टाटा के लिए दोनों बदलाव फायदेमंद साबित हुए. रतन टाटा के कमान संभालने के वक्त टाटा का टर्नओवर 4 बिलियन डॉलर था. जब रतन टाटा गए तो 160 बिलियन डॉलर के पार है. 1991 से 2012 तक रतन टाटा टाटा ग्रुप के चेयरमैन रहे. टाटा के लिए ऊंचाइयों का हर सपना साकार करते गए. जैसे हर किसी की जिंदगी और करियर में एक दौर रिटायरमेंट का आता है वैसा ही दौर रतन टाटा के लिए भी आया. 2012 में रतन टाटा रिटायर हो गए. लंबे वक्त तक चले टैलेंट हंट के बाद उन्होंने उत्तराधिकारी ऐसे एक व्यक्ति को चुना जो टाटा नहीं, मिस्त्री था.

2nd which is the main reason, it is that Cyrus Mistry gives main focus on profit for earning more profit he lay off unskilled workers which reduce cost and it is done on large around 50k to 60k and mostly from tata steel.
This news when heard by ratan tata he totally disagreed because Ratan tata always say tata steel is not a company it is emotion of Tata family and Indian country people and this cause main reason for removing the Cyrus Mistry.
