This is a cotton canvas by Fredrix. Because of the custom size I was doing I bought a roll and then stretched it.

How do you prep your canvas. I have store bought canvas that I want to use up. Do you use something like Kilz primer?? Im new to alcohol ink art and want to use on canvas

Yes! I always wear one. I also always use gloves.

Is the blow dryer hot or cold

Depends on if you want to dry the ink. If you want to move the ink around for a bit then cold but if you have the ink/look you want hot air will help you dry the ink faster. I hope I explain that for you to understand.

yes. You do not want to be inhaling that. I work on my art for several hours at a time.
