When I first discovered this brand about two and a half years ago I purchased their own Titanium EDC $100 with one big issue the flipper did work I contacted the company they asked me for video I provided by sending register mail. 2 weeks 3 weeks 4 weeks 6 weeks no money no refund. I will never consider this company for purchase again
