- Not so long ago I spent a day naked in a divine feminine workshop amongst a bunch of other completely naked women. Like, without clothes. Amazing experience it was, liberating and healing my deep-seated body issues. Ever since I’ve been taking every opportunity to undress myself, especially when I go to sleep alone in my room.
Nudity is our most natural state. We all were born naked. There are so much judgment and comparison around our bodies, and yet the body is nothing but a human form. A precious vessel that carries our Soul through this life.

Totally agree with what u mentioned, Nudity is just not about being sexual, it's celebration of whole human body. feeling the de-stress and liberation being in your own skin. It should widely be accepted in our taboo driven country. There is nothing blissful than being natural( Best creation of God). Thanks for uploading such video, It requires some guts to do that. Hopefully more people( both men & women) starts adopting such thing in India.
Agree with ur point, every body is unique and part of bifull nature. Osho suggested that we should keep children naked at home upto certain age so that they could understand opp gender bodies.Many people watch porn just to see naked bodies. As much we will supress sex , sex will dominate us.

I think this is a very important expression that the society at large needs to understand. Nudity is about accepting and being comfortable with oneself and there's nothing called perfect, as it would change per individual.
