My native is a village 10 kms away from vellore, so we used to buy everything from vellore means vellore town in that case i mentioned vellore since its a muscle memory i didn't recognise it leads to 2 different places.. Will try to change it in future.. And i really dont know about first Indian police training school and yes i might told more information about sipoy mutiny..
