Tried these cookies today, came out really yummy.. very soft :). Tip: if your dough doesn't come together add one or two spoons of melted butter then dough will be good. If you don't have high speed mixer peanut butter will take time, it will take 7-8 times of grindings with 20s interval. Hope this helps.
