Please have Jas on more often! He is amazing! He has a wealth of knowledge and he explains everything so eloquently. He appears so calm and collected. Thank you for sharing some of your knowledge with us.
Bhaji Satpal Singh Ji, I really love your videos. I discovered your channel only in the past few months, and I've just binged through all your videos. Up until now I only knew of Basics of Sikhi, but now by following both of you guys my over all knowledge of Sikhi has grown vastly. Your teachings are helping to bridge myself and I'm sure many others towards the right direction of the Guru. I have so much respect for you and I am very grateful to you.
This was a really good talk and provided me with me a lot of information and answers to practical issues I’ve had since commencing meditation. Please could you invite Jasvinder Singh back and do further videos discussing these kind of topics 🙏🏽
Repeating Naam is great it gives you God's name to focus on . Repeating it with love and praise will energise it, you have added an emotion to it , which makes it more meaningful and powerful.
Very useful content - reflecting on the practicalities of naam simran and mindfulness - I did download this video and converted it into a mp3 to listen to and it worked better that way for me - listening to it on my train journeys of circa 20 minutes was great.
Thanks for the great feedback John. We make all our videos available in MP3 format on our SoundCloud and iTunes site. Take a look here to save you some time. soundcloud.com/nanaknaam/tracks Thanks for you support.
Really helpful introduction to such a profound practice. Looking forward to follow up discussions. Jasvinder has a resonance about him which is authentic, clear and indicative of a true meditator. Keep up the good work!
Loved the discussion. I've personally known each of the obstacles described. Thank you for confirming that they are the path... I'd like a guided naam simran practice
I think not knowing how to meditate can be a good thing at first because we have nothing to compare our experience to. Just sit and DO IT with an attitude of...let’s see how it goes. This is the curiosity Jasvinder mentions.
I watched all of this podcast in one go. It was fascinating. Amazing awareness been given to everyone on how to do meditation with so much knowledge and detail given. 🙏
Crux are:- 1. Don't just start your meditation immediately, but try to collect your awareness at one point for a couple of minutes. 2. Your mind will run away always, but you slowly slowly building a right path of awareness that your mind gone away with meditation. 3. Be your own coach, and give awareness in your routine works. 4. Try experimenting that when I'm conscious and when I'm not. Feel the barrier when your mind fluctuate and when not.
Veer ji when your video finishes, there is Waheguru simran for a second so have you got that Waheguru Simran video or any CD please? I would love to have it please 🙏. I'm in UK
When I try to do Naam Simran or even listen to Simran I start remembering all my bad past experiences and bad traumas and I can’t proceed. It is a big problem for me. Can you help me. In some way.
Khajinder Singh Chawla yes i do read gurbani but at my work people don’t cooperate they say me to cut your beard but I don’t want to do it because i need god. I don’t need fashion clothes I don’t need money I don’t need foood for taste. I only need god i know he is inside me but i need god other wise this world 🌎 is not letting me to live i will die I can’t want i want to merge in god
how is watching two people watch a laptop (or each other) better than having a normal lecture where the speaker actually looks at the camera (the audience) and establishing a connection with the listener?
As someone who is just exploring Sikhi, I found this video immensely helpful. Thank you so much. I look forward to learning more.
Here in this video Sikhi is at its best. Love to see our youth driving Sikhi in right direction.

So grateful that sikhs like this still exist. I am getting sick of hardliners who want to just control every aspect of everyone's lives.

How is this inferior? This is two people having a dialogue with a flow of ideas. Similar to any podcast.
