I couldn't find a single pic with tandem axle wedge truck .

That frame almost looks like the AMT Ford F150 kit that just came out
Most of those old kits had very similar chassis details (as in minimal).
How hard would it be to make the rear dually tandem axles
It wouldn't be much of a job. One would have to open the wheel openings more to allow for the extra width. Optionally, one would also add the fender flares to complete the look.
