Richard ayoade is actually a decent actor. I like that you can see it in the interview sections where he's playing more natural parts. I find it hilarious, though, when he's playing the part poorly for humour because I have the same acting skills as dean learner myself tbh
This show is the definition of "only a good actor can act badly on purpose." I can't imagine what it must've been like trying to perform so many layers of double-think.
