I have a '20 Rogue Sport and the air filter is the same as in your video. I found only one other video with this same set up and that guy didn't show how to take that pin out. As you demonstrated, it's simply done by prying it up with a flat-head screwdriver. Without seeing that, or what the pin actually looks like, I didn't want to do anything that might break it until I finally found a video like this. Thanks for the clear explanation. The cabin air filter is actually easier than it looks, at least on my Rogue Sport. The old filter comes out really easy and putting the new one in doesn't involve any special gymnastics. A little squeeze and push it in and that's it. I really thought I was going to have to twist and turn myself to get under there. Again, it's really a lot easier than it looks.
WOW, I would never have thought the cabin filter would be an issue. Your video put my mind at ease. Come on Nissan, the filter should slide in without squeezing. After a bit a wiggling and finger guiding at the bottom it dropped into place.
My 2020 rogue was different. Doesn't look like this. Similar. Go to oreilly and get the wix brand. It's the quality brand at oreilly, most expensive but half the price of the dealership. Nissan has a cheap design on the air intake, Honda does better. But on the other hand, Nissan does have a hefty price tag. I own a Nissan and can't say I'm totally unhappy but Honda is the better buy.

Thank you, I was worried it would be very difficult, but your video made it easy. I wish all how to videos were as good as yours.

Helpful, except this is for a ROGUE SPORT, which is different than a ROGUE, so title is misleading.
