Today I'm taking you inside a Floating Pod! Also called the Isolation Tank, you'll be in sensory deprivation and likely find yourself in deep relaxation. The water is filled with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt, making you float effortlessly.
The pod is a heaven to get away from your phone and its parade of notifications! I personally feel very refreshed after floating for an hour. I bring my anxiety and busy mind into the pod and leave with mental clarity and increased inner peace. It's a meditative experience.

Did you know the isolation tank was developed in the 1950s? I'm thankful for our fellow human beings in their effort to find ways for us to relax and enjoy the moment. It's easy to get busy in this fast-paced, competitive world where it feels like we are just a number. Each of us matters. Whether or not you did well on an exam or succeeded/failed something at work and home life, you deserve healing time and love. It doesn't mean you have to go to the float spa. There are many other ways for self-care and partaking in soul-soothing activities (ie: hiking, hanging out with nature, writing letters to family and friends, cuddling up with a book, etc). With that said, wishing you a cozy weekend ahead filled with things you love to do 💖

I cannot even imagine any situation in which you wouldn't be able to get back out of that thing. Unless by some one in trillion chance the entire building it is in collapsed on top of it, or somehow your arms and legs disappeared rendering you totally immobile. Perhaps while you are inside it some super fat person thinks it is a bean bag chair and sits on it. IDK. Just speculating.

@@kaiiemm Yeah, it looks really relaxing. It's really hard to tip over because the water is salty and very shallow. It looks small, but I think the pod is really big because it can fit an entire body, and you can still float around in it. It still has dim lights if you're scared of the dark.

But the drowning part no I don’t worry about that while sleeping but I worry if I can’t open and whole bunch water comes in a I drown I’m not scared of sleeping in it one time I slept in a shower my face was by the drain I was little with my sis and she left me in there by myself hahahah

Not me my mind has a tendency to talk with me when I'm sad, alone, or at peace it always is just a random thought telling me everything is okay and calming me down and then I answer it in my head and we just start talking I once got really upset at my friend we were at a hot spring and so I went into a steam room and my head and I just talked to me the conversation went kinda like this:

I imagine this is very relaxing , I love swimming my parents say I was a mermaid or a fish in my past life 😹 but the thing is that It combines many of my phobias such as Claustrophobia and phobia of the dark , sometimes I get really anxious when I'm by myself because of some intrusive thoughts .
So I don't think it's the best for me sadly

Nothing makes me more anxious than the idea of being alone in a small space in the dark with nothing but my thoughts to keep me company. There’s a reason why I fall asleep with the lights on and music in my ears every night. Silence and solitude is the single most fearful thing I can imagine.

Honestly the only real reason I would feel safe is if I had my phone In a water proof kinda pouch ( I know it defeats the purpose) but I gotta make sure that I don’t die if it locks and I’m stuck 😂😭
