I'd really love to see a behind the scenes of how you build one of these rooms. Maybe going through your thought process and then using the software to put it into something tangible.
Since these designs are actually destined to be built, they're CAD models in Rhino 3D. Then it's off to Maya for textures, lighting, and animation. In this case it was rendered with Octane, though I typically use V-Ray.
@@MikeVerta never heard if Rhino 3D before, I'm going to check that out! I really like how you manage to multiply and monetize your skills. It actually motivated me to learn a couple of other jobs such as video editing beside film scoring as you were talking about that matter in one of your masterclasses it totally made sense to me( it was the Business masterclass I believe). I really hope you'll be able to upload the real life version after it's built! (I'd kill for the same but with DLPs Phantom Manor)
I got into CG in 1995 because I had pictures in my head but couldn't draw. A subset of my CG VFX work is architectural visualization. Put them together, and...
@@MikeVerta Oh, it's for a home? That's wild. I thought it'd be for a hotel! Who knows, maybe Disney would like to hire you to fix their failed Star Wars hotel. This design already has one thing theirs didn't: windows!
This shall be the interior of my ship! ❤
Wow!! Absolutely fantastic work there. Hope they got the room made up in the end, that would be awesome to see the real thing. Well done Mike.
Great to have you back on TH-cam mike! Missed your music for sure!

Lots more coming!
Love it
i realized it was a render only because of the camera movement. very cool!
Holy crap Mike, this render is incredible. Very confused at first about whether or not it was real
Wow wonderful... Especially since I'm a fan of the attraction in Disneyland Paris! What did you use? UE? Blender?

How did you stumble into doing interior design? Looks really cool

So this is what you've been up to. Will we see a livestream from this room in the future?🤔
I've done several rooms which I'll be posting, but the homeowners tend to be very, very, very private about putting them online. I'm asking though. :)
@@MikeVerta Cheers my brother

@@projectanvil7877 Actually I designed the Tron Identity Program attraction which just opened at Disney World in April. :)
Do a tavern next time
Is that a render? 😳
'Tis indeed.
