- 100 amperes Professional ARC Welding machine.
1) 6 inch core 7.6 kg or 4.5 inch 5.8 kg total 13.4 kg.
2) DCC wire ( Double cotton covered wire) for primary winding
11no. / 2.304 mm and secondary winding 4no. / 5.189 mm.
3) Wire for primary coil 1+1=2 kg and for secondary coil 1+1=2 kg
total 4 kg.
4) Layer paper, Cotton tape, Insulating Varnish etc.
5) Please notice the video properly. If any problem comment me.

Is there a special reason why you use these harddisks? Hmm..thought so.
Anyway, you made a really good job winding this transformer. It will serve you for a long time. BUT..! Remember some kind of casing around it as it's simply too dangerous with open leads. Sooner or later you or someone else will accidentally touch them which will be really bad.

Hola...las bobinas primarias se conectan,en serie (220v.); en paralelo
(110v.).El secundario solo trabaja en serie.No hay otras derivaciones pero puedes hacerlas en una de las bobinas... aunque no creo que logres variar en mucho el amperaje.Suerte.
