Retail stores don't rebuild once they've been burned out; the insurance is too high so they build in safer neighborhood and take the jobs with them.
Stop demonizing riots because of riots you work 40 hours a week and anything above that Is overtime and you get the weekends also because of riots. If government refuses to listen to its people the people have every right to get their attention.
