I have been through a long stressful period in my life. First i got jobless. Few months later my country has started a horrific war in Europe. Almost everyday i had been scrolling the news like mad. I have seen so many horrors of this war and so many lives destroyed. Then i lost my grandmother. All these events have led me to extreme anxiety and depression. Recently i started to have panic attacks, and just at the right time i randomly found your channel. You have been helping me a lot. Thank you very much and God bless you. I wish all the people in the world to be loved, cared, and in good health.
The lower tone tuning fork is my favorite one. Reminds me of the binaural beats music I sometimes will play. The loop earplugs sound like something I may try for when I get a migraine at school and have to pick up the kids at lunch. The noise makes the head pain excruciating at times. Wondering which style I should try.
Ugh I love your channel❤️ I have a suggestion can you do more doctor dad vids those are my favorite, and maybe one specifically comforting us after waking up in the hospital😊
I really enjoyed the tuning forks you used, especially the last tuning fork. Listening to them I could hear the difference in how loud it is in my left compared to my right. My tinnitus in my right ear is less sensitive and dimmer (don’t know the right word for it), and I feel more pressure with the up close whispers which is sensitive. Ironic right? But enjoyed some of the classic word triggers a lot too you threw in there like “the painter stippled on his masterpiece” so good ☺️😌
What in the....tuning fork? Hmmm. Loop earplugs are legit. I bought the ones that drown out my children just enough that I'll know if there's an emergency. 🤷♀️
