This song directly reflects her character, how lost she was before finally finding the light when she met him, now she wants to become the light in his darkness. It definitely shows who her character is, her gradual growth and what she stands for and the love she has for him.

From her narration, you can see she worked hard her whole life, strived to be good in everything, only made friends with people she would benefit from, all the thing she thought would make her happy, but she wasn't happy. That's why wanted the world to end already, she was non caring and selfish and knew very little about genuine human emotions, she was a borderline sociopath, that's what I meant by lost. After she met him she did something for the first time without considering what she would gain from it except making the man she loves happy and successful, she didn't fall for him after he was successful, she fell in love with him when he had nothing and helped him reach his goal. Somewhere within her quest to help him, She eventually became and made genuine friends with the weirdos he works with. The more she loved him, the more it changed her as a person. It didn't completely wipe her character, it just made her a better person with purpose and empathy, that's what I called finding the light, finding the light in herself, her best version of herself, then becoming his light, by making his happiness come to fruition. That's what I meant and what I got from it.

This song is a reflection of Yi Seo, and I understand very well how she felt because I have depression and feel the same. The emptiness that life transmits to you. Wanting to feel anything, but you only find darkness. Feeling that your life is too monotonous and boring and nothing is worth it. They are empty feelings.
YiSeo found the light in The Darkness when she met Seoroyi and the others. She wanted to fill Saeroyi's bitter nights with light, help him to be happy, but she didn't realize that she was also changing, she was beginning to feel that life was worth it and interesting things could happen on boring days. This is made clear when Saeroyi tells she that life may seem uninteresting but occasionally things happen that keep him going.

this is not my first K drama but definitely my first K drama which has changed me as a person, I could somehow relate to the emotions involved in this drama . This drama was far away from those typical 'K-dramas'.

I still can't move on from Itaewon Class. I received many suggestions on what to watch next, watched a few episodes, but damn I don't get it. I can't remember any shows, whether KDrama or other foreign shows, that made such an impact on my viewing appetite.

When yiseo was standing at the bridge about to make the biggest decision of her life flipped a coin but missed it but she didn't even care .cz this girl knows what she wants and knows how to get it .that moment when she ran to him and said those magical lines of hers : he's not just a mediocre man ,I'm going to turn him into someone amazing.that's when I fell for her and up to this day I've never seen and never been affected by any other character as I was by her.

I love park seojoon but the reason why I stayed and look forward to this drama is because of kim dami’s character ❤️ Some hate her so it means she really portrayed it well being an annoying sociopath. But along the way you can see her character development. For me, she is the best female lead because of her unique and strong character ❤️ I love her acting and she deserve to have an award for this one 💪
The first time I watched the series, I didn't like her character. But she grew on me and I liked her the 2nd time. Instead of waiting for the main to become great/rich before agreeing to be with him (like the other girl), she decided to help him become great.

For me, this is my favorite song most all OST in this drama, follow by Kim Feel (gives me goosebumps every time it play in drama). This song lyric just simple but have deep inspiring, the way Yi-Seo showed and proved her love for Sae-ro-yi. Yi-Seo knew she loved him and was not going anywhere but keep looking him, supporting him no matter the circumstances or situation and in the end she got what she fighting for (Satisfying ending ever). Finally Park Sae Ro Yi can now rest happily after those long bitter nights :)
Glad that Kim Da mi take roles as Yi-Seo, she suited a lot with jo yi seo’s character. She makes the drama more interesting, having watched many K series and I’ve finally found someone special (rare character). She’s honestly one of the best female characters in Kdrama.

This is the most unique Kdrama ever. Literally everything is there. And in this drama the female leads are not the typical weak ones. They are most strong and independent. The male lead works hard to achieve his goal and become rich. The way LGBTQ was in involved is just 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. This drama deserves so much.

Itaewon class was something else. All actors were just amazing. Kim dami is the type of actress I have never seen before, she is something different. The way she expresses her emotions ufff very powerful. She is going to make big. And Park seo joon, he is an outstanding actor. Everytime in those scenes where they showed Park seroyi´s struggles, i wanted to cry/cried. His acting is powerful.

Yi seo deserves everything at the end because she fought for it. She stayed all this time for Saeroyi and she kept her word in supporting and taking head on to crush all of the people who hurts her family. She may be bad ass at the beginning but she is definitely brave. I am still inlove of this drama and the OST are all amazing.

I knew her because of Itaewon Class. She always gets my attention. Her character and everything about her stand out. She is an outstanding actress. All the cast in Itaewon are good esp Seo Joon but I think this girl is the main reason other than Seo Joon, why Itaewon is one of the highest rating k dramas. I am now a fan of you Kim Da-Mi. Will be rooting for you in your future movies/dramas. This song is also one of those underrated but beautiful OST. 👏❤️

The character progression of each character is the one I love the most. The characters here grows in front of our eyes. We can relate to their story much well.
