Yes I did my own studies for a long time! My ex doors not realize that I know she treats me like I’m beneath her! I think I stayed in too long just to study what’s wrong with her. I even tried to fix her but ofcourse she said I was the problem. The thing is I couldn’t stand being in the same space with a rude person I no longer know. Her change that I read about was or is going to happen quickly as they age, I just didn’t know how fast that change was going to happen! She just lòst my respect. I knew early on something was wrong with her but I did not know about narcissist until I read my own story one day. The thing is it was someone else’s story it just felt like mine to the T. I felt I was the only one that felt this way but it’s happening to a lot of other goood people. It’s a shame we are not taught this problem as it may affect many good people whom will need some kind of support before it’s to late and they fall into co dependency and are trauma bonded like myself! I broke out but still not 100%. I just know the person I once knew is a different person. I couldn’t see any good in this person anymore! The thing is I promised myself not to totally abondon this person as I know she will chase everyone that cares for her and I can only imagine the loneliness in her heart. I screwed myself on that because I do care for my only daughters feelings. I wish sometimes I did not make that promise to myself! The best thing I can do for my ex is to a friend. I only wish she could do the same for our daughter’s sake. Yes I have both DF AND DM IN ME! I’m a fighter but I fight fare! I may start fighting dirty with this person just to keep my daughter safe. These narcissists bring bad low vibrational people into their life’s and that worries me having moved far away from her but my daughter lives in same place as that stranger!
