They didn't delay school, because the meteorologists kept saying over and over that we were going to be in the 50's by early morning! They totally blew it! BLAME THEM!!!
This could’ve been prevented, looks like the superintendent picked poor judgment. Stuff like this only costs taxpayers more money and it doesn’t help the local budget, paying for minor repairs, injuries etc.
WTF? I never seemed that on black ice? no 4 wheel drive? no snow tires? treatment on streets ? is raining and is snowing? chains? It could've flipped over and killed all those kids. This is too scary to watch. Driver needed to choked breaks a few times. Emergency breaks, but lucky that another car helped stopped it.
