Too funny, i also have an old phone clip that fits my p32 perfect! It even has a strap to hold a spare magazine inside. It's like it was made for it. Mine has a magnetic closure i don't think I'll ever carry like that but it fits like a glove.
I think it would be much easier to go to a hobby store, get some elastic and attach the same size male and female button pieces instead of cutting and sewing.
The most important thing is that you feel good and comfortable both physically and emotionally. However, I think that you are submitting to imagined biases of people that aren’t real. Besides, who gives a shit if strangers were to give you shit or laugh at you. I bet they wouldn’t try to beat you up or rob you. If it your family, well that’s what they do! Laugh with them. I mean, you already put yourself on TH-cam where you are potentially exposed to billions of people. Lastly, I wouldn’t carrying a gun to where people could see it anyway. Pull your shirt over it regardless if it’s in your waistband or outside of it. I would keep the element of surprise on your side. That’s just my opinion and I give it to you for free. I hope whatever you decide works for you.
