Everything about that brake installation is non-standard or non-stock from the way the factory did it. I'm not surprised you have problems. I would get rid of those Chinese replacement brake parts and get some correct parts. Never seen those parts fitted to any Chrysler vehicle, ever. I have and had many Chryslers with HP manifolds AND headers and never had to put any shields in place for the MC or brakes. Use the right parts and you won't have to cobble a band-aid. BTW, that's not a 'Hemi' style booster. It's some kind of universal Imported part.
