Hi Donny! What we are saying is be careful who you hire to come in and encapsulate your crawl space. Encapsulations are one of the best things you can do for your home. Insulation contractors just tend not to know much about crawl space waterproofing. They just come in, lay down a liner, spray their foam, and get out of there. Not saying that all insulation contractors are this way, but it is what we see on a regular basis out here in Western Kentucky. You are much better off hiring an actual crawl space waterproofing company. One that will take all the factors into account when deciding on the right system for your crawl space.
I don’t understand what you mean when you say “spray foam encapsulation don’t do it “ what should you do ? Are you saying don’t encapsulate?
