Well done, that`s how it happens: you find a bit at a time and then discover that it all joins up! That can happen over a number of years as well.
Marvelous to see a young lad rattle off the different types of rock. Hopefully it sets him off on a long career doing what he enjoys.

Absolutely amazing! the best thing i found in Kimmeridge is a trigona bivalve. Granted it was perfect condition but still not as amazing as that!
We love a good bivalve, Steve often highlights the value of invertabrates as specimens. Stories like this one just go to show some of the real joy that can be found fossil collecting.
