I dont think there has even been an athlete like Adama, playing in a top league. I did some research and all the candidates who had his speed lacked his size and strength, and vice versa. His combination of size, strenght, speed, explosion and balance is unique as far as I know

I would always choose sanè over Adama,
Because sané has technique + pace, on the other side
Adama only has pace, he has that traditional game mindset, like run on the flank and cross.
However, sane has technique, control, pace and modern game style which is more effective on the pitch.
I think the main difference is Sane kicks better at goal than Adama Traore that I'm certain. The other thing you may debate Sane is a better passer but I think Adama makes up for that with his ability to hold the ball to give hiimself more passing time and options. Lastly Adama is a better defender than Sane.
It is hard to completely compare other attributes as Sane is on a better team. Sane gets the ball pass to him down the line Adama Traore rarely gets that option so naturally he must cross the ball. Adama rarely gets the option to run onto the ball from a pass. Normally such a situation is a counter attack or the defense left space behind themselves so Sane can exploit that. Most of the time if there is a break in play I see Adama up front by himself without much support. As Wolves are a defensive team and it shows on their season record.
Sterling said it himself he likes Manu City cause he gets the ball more at his feet. This is true and he gets it at his feet very close to the box or inside it.

The real difference is that Adama Traore dribbles down the line whilst Sane gets the ball passed to him down the line. If Adama Traore could get someone to past to him down the line I think he would score more but right now it is much harder he would only have the option cross as the defense would be back already.
