Thank you for the comment, I too do not like to speed up generally, but sometimes people may not be interested in watching steps which are similar or find a very long video boring, so end up speeding those sections. I can understand that it can be hard on the eyes, I suggest you skip it if psbl or can adjust the speed to a slower pace in the settings of the video. Hope this helps. 😊
