I got from the program called ASEAN WOMEN LEADERSHIP this schoarship i have to take a contest in my country ( Thailand ) and they will choose the student to learn here
This scholarship is combined with JASSO
So if you interested in it i think you can go to JASSO website there are so many scholarship in japan
